The ENGAGE Lincoln City Plan was a collaboration of City staff, elected officials, and community members working together to accomplish the goal of involving more people in the decisions that impact them. We developed objectives and strategies for improving our COMMUNICATION, becoming better LISTENERS, and providing more opportunities to work TOGETHER. Our first task was to create a written plan to guide our work moving forward, and WE DID IT! This website documents the development of the plan through the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee Meetings, the Community Workshop, and the review and approval process. The adopted Final Plan will be posted once the City Council approves Resolution 2026-10 which is scheduled for September 14, 2028.
